This class initiates the journey of cultivating your inner awareness, commitment, and discipline toward spiritual growth and a deeper relationship with the Divine.

Dignity

Sarbat Da Bhala

Dignity is a state of being from which we hold our presence with self-agency. It empowers us to consciously communicate with skill and grace to stay in our hearts as we meet challenging dynamics in our lives with authenticity and respect toward ourselves and others.

Dignity is cultivated through developing the inner faculties of spirit that strengthen our capacity to remain present and neutral within ourselves as we interact in the world.

Compassion

Daya

Compassion is matured through skillful reflection to bring inner awareness to the parts within us seeking growth. When we learn to meet relationships as divine reflections revealing the unexplored territories within our being, that is when we awaken the capacities of our spirit and discover our inner strengths.

Compassion is cultivated through developing the inner faculties of awareness that allow us to meet ourselves with compassionate honesty. As awareness deepens, we begin to recognize our relationships as divine reflections, revealing the current invitation for our growth. In awakening to the ways others mirror our inner landscape, we deepen our capacity for self-love, self-care, and empathic service within the shared consciousness of humanity.

Reverence

Bhakti

Reverence aligns our spirit with the Divine, awakening our inner light and uplifting us into our highest expression of being. In reverence, we bow in forgiveness and rise in remembrance of who we are. We release the past and reclaim the divine qualities refined within us to honor the journey of our soul. In gratitude, we celebrate a rising spirit to stand awakened within the One.

Reverence is cultivated through developing the inner faculties of spirit that awaken us to the sacredness of life. As we deepen our relationship with the Divine through practices of remembrance, we activate our soul's light to forgive the past and live in faith, humility, and grace. From this awakened state of being, we experience the beauty of life and flourish in the fullness of our sacred nature.

Courage

Sant Sipahi & Cherdi Kala

Courage embodies the radiance of our being to live with confidence and grow as we engage, explore and discover our spiritual faculties. Developing the inner skills to address whatever we face on our journey through life’s dynamics empowers us to move through change and meet ourselves at the thresholds of our evolution with a rising spirit.

Courage is cultivated through developing the inner faculties of spirit that empower us to navigate life's dynamics as invitations for growth. As we engage threshold points of change with awareness, we activate our faculties of spirit, cultivating the confidence to walk through life with trust, grace, and resilience.

Wisdom

Gurmukh

Wisdom invites us to bring awareness to awaken the light that resides within us. Developing the skills to align ourselves to the wisdom within that expands our faculties of spirit to supports us to make wise choices in complex dynamics.

Wisdom is cultivated through developing the inner faculties of spirit that awaken our capacity to live in relationship with reality. Through practices of awareness, we cultivate the discernment to recognize the stories that shape our lives and consciously transform them into living expressions that bring forth our gifts, talents, and divine qualities to serve with clarity, purpose, and humility in conscious alignment with the Divine.

Service

Seva
