A foundational journey

Journey into the Light of the Soul is a life-changing process of deep inner transformation. Guided through a structured, year-long pathway, you are led step by step into the lived experience of core virtues—dignity, compassion, reverence, courage, integrity, wisdom, and service.

Within a group cohort and through a blend of teachings, shabd, reflection, meditation, dialogue, and dynamic processes, you cultivate a living wisdom that carries you on a journey of integration and embodiment. Through sincere application, the Guru’s wisdom moves from concept into lived reality, giving you the capacity to meet life’s challenges with clarity and grace, living from the light of your soul.

“O mind, you are the form of Light —
recognize your origin.”

- Guru Nanak, (Ang 441)

A Program of
Practice, Reflection & Growth

The course is delivered in three semesters—a Winter 70-Day Immersion, a Spring 40-Day Intensive, and a Fall 70-Day Immersion—followed by a final capstone in person gathering to integrate and complete the year’s learning.

Across 29 sessions, participants work intimately with each virtue, exploring the concepts, skills and states of beings each represents while developing the inner skills required to live those virtues authentically. Through guided study, contemplative practice, reflection, and community engagement, each module deepens spiritual awareness, strengthens personal identity, and expands one’s capacity to live virtuously in service.
